Masonry mesh 100×100

This mesh is many times lighter than metal mesh, which saves time and resources for its transport. Its use speeds up the construction process and reduces labour costs. Composite fibreglass mesh has always been and remains an ideal option for a large number of construction and road works. Reinforcement mesh is an environmentally friendly material and therefore equated to natural materials.
The use of composite masonry mesh in construction allows, in most cases of its application, to reduce the formation of transverse cracks by 1.5 — 2 times. The masonry mesh is assembled from polymer reinforcement rods (fibreglass or basalt fibre reinforcement), arranged mutually perpendicularly and fixed at the intersection. Glass fibre or basalt fibre, is a material whose strength exceeds that of a metal harness of the same cross-section.
  • It is used as a reinforcing element of the structure
  • Brickwork and stone walls of structures
  • Concrete and plaster elements of building decoration, monuments, sculptures
  • Concrete roads treated with aggressive chemicals
  • Concrete beams, slabs, wall panels and slabs exposed to high humidity or aggressive environment (concrete flooring, bathrooms, chemical production halls, harbour structures, hydraulic structures, bridges, embankments)
Application of composite masonry mesh
The most justified use of mesh is in chemically aggressive and humid environments, chemical plants, sewage treatment plants, agricultural complex, storage facilities and hydraulic structures.
